Appy for a free garden for your organization

Apply now for a free community garden! Sunshine Girl Charities is excited to account that it will be offering free gardens to a select number of non-for-profit organizations, including, but not limited to, social services organizations, schools, senior centers, assisted living centers, shelters, religious institutions, etc. All selected organizations will receive one or more raised garden beds that will be installed by our volunteers, as well as a selection of garden plants and assorted supplies. Sunshine Girl Charities' volunteers will either plant the garden or work with the organizations' students, volunteers, residents, etc. to plant together as a learning experience. Selected organizations will also receive garden care tips as well as recipes for the selected garden plants. Depending on the needs and wishes of the organization, additional features, such as trees, benches and children's gardens may also be available.

There are no geographic limitations on this initiative to apply, please message Sunshine Girl Charities on Facebook or email sunshinegirlcharities@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Name, address and mission of the organization
2. Non-profit status
3. Needs and wishes for the donated garden
4. Photo of the space available for the garden
